General terms and conditions of BEACHES

Please notice the following terms and conditions that apply for bookings at BEACHES:

We will confirm your reservation in digital format immediately after confirmation.
Please do check the confirmation on accuracy and let us know if there are any errors.

The rate given on the confirmation and invoice is binding.
Our rates include WiFi, cleaning service, linen, beach towels and airport transportation.
All prices are in U.S. dollars.

After receiving a down payment of 25% of the total amount due, your booking is final.
The remaining amount is due four weeks prior to arrival.
If you book your stay 4 weeks or less before arrival, the whole booking amount is due at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival, we will refund the down payment.
Full payment is due in the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks of the planned arrival date, a no-show, or an early departure. We advise to take cancellation insurance.

Check in time is 3 PM, check out time 11 AM. Depending on availability you can check in earlier or check out later, free of charge.

Guests enter the swimming pool at their own risk.
BEACHES doesn’t accept any responsibility for
- theft, loss or damage incurred of any nature whatsoever during or as a result of staying at BEACHES.
- failure or suspension of any of our technical equipment
Guests are liable for any losses and/or damage suffered by BEACHES as a direct or indirect result of their stay.
In the event of incorrect usage of a room, or when leaving such behind in an improper fashion, the costs of additional expenses, including cleaning costs, will be payable by the renter.
Maintenance activities may be performed at BEACHES during your stay, without constituting the right to a refund.
The law of the ‘Openbare Lichamen Bonaire – Saba – St. Eustatius’ is applicable.
