We advise to take cancellation insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Arrival and departure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Check in time is 3 PM, check out time 11 AM. Depending on availability you can check in earlier or check out later, free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Additional <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests enter the swimming pool at their own risk.<\/li>\n<li>BEACHES doesn\u2019t accept any responsibility for\n<ul>\n<li>theft, loss or damage incurred of any nature whatsoever during or as a result of staying at BEACHES.<\/li>\n<li>failure or suspension of any of our technical equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Guests are liable for any losses and\/or damage suffered by BEACHES as a direct or indirect result of their stay.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of incorrect usage of a room, or when leaving such behind in an improper fashion, the costs of additional expenses, including cleaning costs, will be payable by the renter.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance activities may be performed at BEACHES during your stay, without constituting the right to a refund.<\/li>\n<li>The law of the \u2018Openbare Lichamen
